As the leading network of medical transporters in France, Carius' objective was to ensure better patient care by the ambulance drivers in its network by: 1) Offering continuous training adapted to the constraints of the ambulance driver's job, 2) Uniting the partners in its network around the Carius brand, and 3) Ensuring that the knowledge acquired is updated and adapted to changes in the sector.

Thanks to the agility offered by SPARTED in the creation and sharing of training content, Carius focuses the training of ambulance drivers on 3 major pedagogical axes: theoretical and technical knowledge, changes in the profession and regulatory changes.
In two years of collaboration, Carius has already deployed its application to more than 1,700 ambulance drivers, through the various partners in its network. To increase the commitment, there are regularly many prizes to be won!
By coupling the KPIs available on the platform with surveys launched and shared via Breaking News, Carius was able to measure the impact of its training actions, as well as an ambulance driver satisfaction rate of 84%.
